Manos Katsaris is a visual artist, working with video installations and one channel videos. He studied Painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts & Animation at the Department of Graphic Design of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. In 2004 he graduated from the Postgraduate Program (M.A.): "Digital Arts", Athens School of Fine Arts. The use of digital media to articulate an expressive form, is central to his work. Since 2007, he has been teaching Multimedia and Video-art courses, at the Pre-Graduate program of the Department of Plastic arts and Sciences of Art of Ioannina University. He has participated in many research programs concerning Art and New Media. In 2010 he was elected Assistant Professor in the same department in the subject area: Visual Arts with emphasis in New Media- Video Art.

He has collaborated with magazines and advertising agencies to create storyboard and illustrations. He has created and presented two documentaries: the movies “Theatre Square” & “The Tenants”.
